Jo is a Stott certified Pilates® advanced instructor. Trained at Oxfordshire Pilates. The mat pilates instruction is grounded in the internationally recognised Stott Pilates® method, a contemporary approach to the original exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates. This method incorporates modern principles of exercise science, spinal rehabilitation, and functional movement, making it both safe and highly effective for a wide range of clients.
As a Stott Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, Jo provide’s individualised attention to ensure correct form, alignment, and breathing techniques. Each session emphasises:
